Come già descritto per altre cascate di quest'area, la geologia e la geomorfologia del monte Linas si prestano particolarmente alla formazione di improvvise cadute d'acqua.

Villacidro, a large town in the Medio Campidano province with 14 thousand inhabitants,. the show goes on with the waterfalls of the Linas rivulet, Piscina Irgas, that plunges after a drop of 45 metres, and Muru Mannu (in the territory of Gonnosfanadiga), the most impressive on the Island (70 metres high).

Caratteristiche tecniche: Si tratta di un percorso di media difficoltà lungo circa 12km. L'altitudine massima è di 660 metri con un guadagno altimetrico di 430m. Il tempo in movimento è di circa quattro ore, tuttavia vale la pena fermarsi nei punti panoramici o sul fiume per godere del territorio e portare la durata del trkking a circa 6 ore.
